How it Works?
Our unique microbial consortia, when blended with concrete, initiate a bio-mineralization process that transforms silicate substrates into reactive nano-silica. This nano-silica interacts with calcium ions to form dense, hard crystalline composites of calcite and gehlenite (calcium aluminum silicate) within the concrete matrix. These crystalline formations seal microcracks and densify the structure, significantly improving strength and durability.
As a result, the system enables autogenous healing, allowing concrete to self-repair over time and maintain its integrity even under harsh conditions.
